Fàilte gu Grinneabhat
Grinneabhat is a friendly cèilidh/meeting place with accommodation for guests, on the Atlantic coast of the Isle of Lewis, in the far north west of Scotland, on the edge of Europe. A place where Gaelic is the living language of the community, and with an indigenous population which is deeply rooted in place. A place where nature and the elements are ever present.
Grinneabhat has four en-suite rooms, one of which is fully wheelchair accessible, and a guest kitchen, for a maximum of 12 people. The building is community owned and run, and houses an exhibition and cultural space and an events space. By visiting Grinneabhat you will be supporting sustainable community development.
